Hi, I’m Eric. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I continue to live today. I graduated from UC Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2007.
I was a software engineering intern at Microsoft in 2006. I was then a product management intern at Google in 2007. From those early experiences, I learned that I didn’t enjoy working for others. I wanted to work for myself.
I’ve founded four businesses since 2007. The first failed but was a learning opportunity. The second, Quark Games, was a venture-backed startup that was acquired. The third, Daily Fantasy Nerd, is an online lifestyle business that I currently run in parallel with—the fourth business—my executive coaching practice.
I’m married to my best friend and have two beautiful children, a boy and a girl.
I enjoy exploring, learning, and playing with others looking to do the same.
