Coaching helps you learn to learn. It’s a way for me to help clients learn and for me to learn as well. With that said, executive coaching is a privilege that few have access to.
Learning is the primary way to lessen inequality. The ability to learn is a skill that can take anyone from the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder to the top.
To lessen inequality, I donate part of my coaching fees to these educational charities: Girls Who Code, Khan Academy, and Room to Read. It’s up to my clients to decide which of these charities they’d like the donation to go to.
