setting a coaching agenda

These questions can help you set your agenda:

Where do you want to go? What do you dream about? What do you think about in the shower? What excites you to get up in the morning?

What are you stuck on? What keeps you up at night? What thoughts keep arising in your mind? What obstacles are getting in your way?

What is important to you? What is not important to you? How can you spend more time on the important? How can you spend less time on the unimportant?

How are you allocating your time? What would you like to do more of? What would you like to do less of? How balanced or imbalanced is your life?

What is meaningful about your work? What is not meaningful about your work? What about your work fulfills you? What about your work does not fulfill you?

How do you feel? What thoughts trigger those feelings? How would you like to feel instead? What new thoughts could trigger those new feelings?

What difficult conversations are you avoiding? Who would you like to communicate better with? What would you like to say to that person? How can you connect more deeply with that person?

Who would you like to give feedback to? What feedback would you like to give? Who would you like to receive feedback from? What feedback would you like to receive?

What is your energy level? What energizes you? What enervates you? How can you increase your energy level?

What would you like to learn about? How can you learn these things? How can you learn more effectively? What is getting in the way of your learning?

How is your physical health? How well are you eating? How much sleep are you getting? How much exercise are you getting?

How is your mental health? How much rest do you get? How much play do you engage in? How are you practicing mindfulness?
