what do your clients look like?

I primarily work with startup founders. The majority are CEOs. Most of my clients are in the Series A through D stages, though I occasionally work with Seed stage founders.

My clients prioritize continuous learning and adopting a growth mindset. They seek to improve self-introspection, self-awareness, and learning how to learn.

My clients don’t usually work with me to solve a short-term problem and conclude coaching thereafter. We mutually agree upfront that we’d like to build a long-term partnership that strengthens with time. My average client engagement is over 2 years.

My clients don’t limit coaching to work. They recognize that their personal lives can affect their work lives, and vice versa. As a result, they are open to bringing their personal lives into our coaching conversations to see what we can learn. 

My clients aren’t just seeking financial success and status. They want to find impact, purpose, and fulfillment through their work. They don’t see their people as just pawns in a chess game. They want to enrich and improve the lives of those they touch.
